Build Process

The build process first involves complete vehicle disassembly, adding plastic body protection, then jigging/welding the car to a vehicle lift and disembowelling the complete floor and all mechanical assemblies to start building the complete body from scratch.

From the A pillar back, only the roof panel and A B & C pillars are retained, with the car completely re-engineered with floor well, fuel tanks, and coil over rear suspension assemblies fabricated from bonded and billet alloy. The rear hatch/bumper and side/interior panels are fabricated from carbon fibre.

These pics have been included to demonstrate the complexity and cost of the build process, all of which is hidden in the completed vehicle.
